MAPLE STREET FROM US 12 IS CLOSED
Access now denied to Maple Street from US 12
Take US Highway 12
From Pasco cross the Snake river
Turn left on SR 124 toward Ice Harbor Dam
New stoplight at US-12 and SR-124
Proceed one mile to Burbank Fire station
Turn right and follow Lake Road across the pond
use parking lot on your left
(East side of Lake Road)
McNary NWR Education Center is located on the right
Maple St parking lot will be closed for construction
MAPLE STREET IS NO LONGER ACCESSIBLE

From Walla Walla turn right at Humorist Road stoplight
go one block and turn left on Lake Road.
The Education Center (MEECe) is about 3 tenths of a mile on your left
(before you cross the pond)
The Center is an ordinary house so don't be misled
into thinking it is simply a family dwelling.
Come and walk the concrete path to the photo blind or
take the chip path around the pond.
Parking off Maple Street will soon be disrupted due to construction but will
be redirected when possible.
The shop building is now located off the public access site on the east side
of Lake Road
